Owner’s Project Manager Approved for the David Mindess School Building Project

At a meeting on April 1, 2019, the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) unanimously approved the choice of Compass Project Management, Inc. (Compass) as the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the renovating and/or rebuilding of the David Mindess Elementary School.  This approval also confirmed the key personnel and consultants included in the proposal that Compass Project Management, Inc. submitted to the David Mindess School Building Committee.  A sub-committee of the David Mindess School Building Committee used the required qualifications based on a selection process that complies with Massachusetts law and requirements of the MSBA.

Compass has extensive experience in managing K-12 building projects and working with the MSBA to fully maximize the effective reimbursement to a community.  Locally, Compass is the project manager of the John F. Kennedy Middle School in Natick, and was the manager of the Marathon Elementary project in Hopkinton.
